Christian Clot Expedition leader. For more than ten years now Christian has trodden the planet in search of the least known territories of our world. He has led expeditions in Asia, South America and the two Polar territories, across mountains and deserts, seas and tropical forests. Mélusine Mallender. Although less experienced in extreme expeditions, she has nevertheless already travelled extensively well away from beaten grounds from Togo to Vietnam, Thailand to Costa Rica… Geographer and diving instructor she has been wanting for a long time to go on major expeditions that would combine her passion for the sea and for lost people. Supporting team
Cécile Vallet, Fr - Psychologist, lecturer at Paris XIII university, doing psychology research for the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme. She is in charge of defining the protocols for the psychological and physiological tests to be performed during the expedition. Since 2006 she has set up a research program that studies explorers and their behaviour in dire situations. Christian Clot, whom she already had used as case study during his expedition in the Ultima Cordillera, is one the initiators of this research project, together with Jean-Paul Richalet, researcher at Bobigny university (Paris XIII)
Marcelo Arévalo, CL - Absolute specialist in measurement taking campaigns for South Patagonia. He coordinates every terrain operation performed by Magallanes university. José Araos, CL - Geographer and glaciologist, attached to the CEQUA research team. Specialist in glacial observation for Patagonia. Has published several documents.
Juan Ramirez, hd in Entomology, works for the Museum of Man in Santiago specialising in plecopters.

Alejandro Gonzales, son of Jorge Gonzales, is now the captain of the Cabotamar in Punta Arenas. He will help us fot the logistic.

Ariane Dupleich, F. In charge of translating to English any material relating to the expedition. She is also to act as relay in France for the expedition. Her company Hilight Ltd. which currently produces Sail Away is also partner with the expedition. See Sail Away.
